I have a question..
I have filed a tdr on 6th dec. as my train delayed by more than 6hrs from its originating station... so that i filed tdr with reason stating: train running late more than 3 hrs and passenger not travelled. Railway refund full amount in this case as i know. But they refunded me only 50%.
So my concern is where should i ask about it, or complaint about it. I have experienced a similar kind of case in past as well, but at that time i

Hi you need to file TDR upto three hours after the actual departure of the train which will be 23.50 as per departed time from lucknow but you have files TDR on 02.25 A.M. on 6th December thats why they didn't refund full amount. Please find attached correct TDR Refund amount details which was submitted by me within three Hours of actual departure of train

Ok.. but i think its applicable if your train depart between 8.00 to 20.00. it's not applicable for trains departing in next 12 hrs i.e. 20:00 - 08.00.
In your case train departed before 20:00.

In case of e-tickets, the TDR should be filed online before the actual departure of the train for availing full refund, not up to 3 hrs.
In this case Mr.Frankestein had filed the TDR at 2.25 am on 6/12/14 and train departed 10.30 am on the same day. ie That is 8 hrs prior to actual departure which was late running by13.15 hours. He must get a full refund.
