but its working fine with locos from ET, BSL, AJNI. Why the need???

First of All If you are saying of CR cities which have Wap Locos then you are wrong ET Comes in WCR not in CR
Secondly there only one city which has P5 and P7 the city is Ajni and Bhusawal has only one wap loco that is P4 Excluding these two cities of CR none of CR city have Wap Loco so Kalyan should get Wap Locos not Important it should get all the locos as I have mentioned above atleast it should get WAP4 or WAP5 locos

Bcoz WCAM Series Ke Baad CR me Loco ki kami Ho Jayegi Aur Future me PA Wadi Route Bhi electrifie Hoga So Need WAP Series
Bhusawal WAM Scrap Hoge thats Why CR Ko loco ki Availability keliye New loco ki need hai
lot's of WAM Ki 25 Years ki Service Ho Chuki hai

Kalyan should get P7 series locos no doubt. WCAM's are having a less time remaining to serve so there will be obvious shortage of Passenger series locos.
Even AJNI shed should get some P7 locos for the trains Nagpur division has
BTW AJNI doesn't have any P5 :p
