Rourkela: The BJP has extended its support to the Rourkela Bandh call given by the IIM Action Committee under the aegis of the Sachetan Nagarika Mancha (SNM) on Saturday demanding establishment of IIM at Rourkela. Rourkela BJP president Dhiren Senapati told reporters that on the first day of the Narendra Modi Government at the Centre declared an IIM for Odisha and Union Tribal Affairs Minister Jual Oram and Rourkela MLA urged the State Government to locate it at Rourkela. Rourkela fulfils all the conditions in this regard and a feasibility report prepared by NIT, Rourkela Director has been handed over to the Chief Minister. - See more at: click here
