Already our Indian Railway has *Indian Railway Finance Corporation* for deriving finances from the various sources.
This IRFC may be made separately instead of New one or scrap this and form new one.
So many corporation under the Railway Ministry are wastage of man power and wasteful unnecessary expenditures.
