Yes ..as per NTES also its halting for more time at SRR. But traction change for a small distance is really a wastage of time.The link could be WDP 4D from ERS iteslf..
From when? Last week 2-3 days continously I saw mangala with GOC alcos / single GOC Alco at QLD and previous week at IGP I saw with same GOC alcos
True,and one more thing....I've spotted WDP 4D 40102 and 4B 40068(both GOC) at ERS shed for almost a month...most probably for training..so mangala could get 4D up to ERS soon.
