The change in depature time was effected die to change in arrival and depature timings of 17209 SBC-CCT express whch arrive earlier ar 21.45 hrs and advanced to 20.05hrs to gudur station as a arrangement with the other railways and to meet the terminal constraint at SBC.It is also proposed to avaoid detention of trains at home signals for want of pf at gudur station.

After change of depature time of Simhapuri express 12709 from 21.00 to 22.10 hrs the train was handed over to SC division on most of the occasions in the RT or 15 to 20mins late as per statistics taken for month of Dec 2014. Only 9 times the train was handed over beyond 30minutes late.This is also due to late running of the express trains taken over from MAS and GTL divisions(This is the reply from BZA division for the late of simhapuri express from GDR to BZA)
T.no 12709 (GDR-SC) simhapuri express is a prestigious train and for mos of time this train is late handed over to Secunderabad Division by Bza division. Once a train is running late from its designated path,it interferes with the running of other trains which are running on time(Replygiven by SC div for delay of simhpuri express)

At times, due to regular maintenance works of the track and signaling equipment some blocks have to be given which affect the punctual running of the trains.
SC station is working as a coaching hub and as such, bunching of trains occur at a junction station and SC station is dealing with 4 directional traffic. Due to non-availability of dedicated lines for running of suburbans/MMTS trains.
However all the efforts are being made to maintain timings of the train as per schedule, Inconvience is caused to the passenger is deeply regretted.
