I read that disabled person may apply for i d card. can some one guide as to the procedure for obtaining the same. I have the certificate in the appropriate format issued by District Surgeon, Belgaum in 2001. Can this be submitted? If I have to appear for another physical examination whom should I approach? I read that we have to apply to the Divisional Railway Manager, Bangalore for issue of I D Card. Is there a format for application? please guide
