Sensible budget. Focused mainly on improving passenger amenities and infrastructure. Shri Suresh Prabhu ji has done a wonderful job!

seems to be increased speed will increase the train freqeuncy with out new rakes. Logic behind the technical budget. No new rakes, but no waiting list. Overnight journey overday return, two rakes can serve in place of three rakes. Virtually one new train.
