For all those criticizing "No New Trains Introduced". I have one example for you.
there is a family of four (mom,dad and two sons) and have a house of two rooms and a hall. Your parents stay in one and two sons stay in the other.
One brother gets married and now he and his wife shares the same room means younger one will now sleep in the hall. Now the younger guy also has to be married so will the dad marry him and make him stay in the hall? No.

the dad will build a new room and then he will be married.
in the same way, IR cannot run existing trains on time how can they afford to introduce new trains? First they will have to make arrangement for the timely running of the existing trains and then they can think of introducing new one's.
SO NOW STOP BASHING #RAILBUDGET FOR NO NEW TRAINS.
