Generally when one sets out of journey he expects that his train will pick up speed within 10-15 mts of starting ..but if ur journey originates from.PNBE you need to wait at least for 2-3 hrs for ur train to pick up speed...
It happens all the time with CAPITAL EXP. and if you see the official time table, you will find that between RAJENDRA PULL(RJO) and DINKAR GRAM SIMARIYA(DKGS) it takes approx one hour to cover just 4 kms.
