Train 18 - तेरी प्यारी प्यारी Livery को किसी की नज़र न लगे

From last few days i am tracking Trains on CNB-ALD-MGS route & Vice versa. I am amazed to see that almost trains are running on time or with minimum delay. Now question arises here if NCR can show this type of perfomance now,what they were doing before?
Whats the reason behind such sudden turn around?
I am not Against NCR.
