With effective from1/4/2015 ,IRCTC levies a service charge of Rs.20 plus service Tax/- (Second /Sleeper) and Rs.40 plus service Tax/-per e-ticket in case of all other classes(1AC,2AC,3AC,CC,3E,FC) irrespective of the number of passengers booked on an e-ticket,which was 10 and 20 respectively ....

I support the hike but they should have spared the increase for tickets within rs 100 or so. For ex, A 2S ticket for say rs 60 will now cost close to rs 95 (including bank charges) as against just rs 65 at counter. Rs 10 for 2S and SL tickets under rs 100 should have been better.
