what you are saying is good if everybody had active internet connections,as you may know that premium tickets are booked online 15 days ARP.pple like you and me can take online and afford it,but many cant. thus i observed that most premiums are flops,
my theory is why not take durunto fare and fix the fare price accordingly,that will do for online as well as offline travellers.
