Yes our politicians had the TIME but not the MONEY to honour the brave pantry car staff of the ill-fated Mumbai-Delhi Rajdhani Express. BUT HOW? Kindly read this news item appearing in today' Kolkata edition of The Telegraph titled "TRAIN FIRE":
"New Delhi (PTI): The railways have given a COLLECTIVE REWARD of Rs. 3000 to NINE PANTRY STAFF who helped save lives of passengers on board the Mumbai-Delhi Rajdhani train on Monday. BUT they gave Rs.10.6 lakhs to 212 PASSENGERS as EX-GRATIA for the inconvenience and loss of baggage because of the fire. "
