Expectation in next 10 years on IR .
1. Railway will become completely privatized
2. Private companies will run SuperFast / express trains just like mobile telephony services are being provided by aiirtel , vodaphone ... Government will run freight and demu/memu....
3. Indian railway ministry will just try to keep check on prices like TRAI keeps check on private telecom companies.

Yeah ,. Mr. Debroi and Mr. Prabhu want this to happen ... Anyways IndianPeople won't just follow "kanna keep calm" if this happens ...
If private company will operate passenger trains then railway should ruled to 20% of total income of these companies must invest in infrastructure of Railways (tracks) . Its a future of railway that minimum passenger section in private hands.
pvt company will just give licensing fees to railway.. they wont share profit with railway..
Yahi to rule banana chahiye.unko free me infrastructure nahi diya ja sakta
