1. Railway will become completely privatized
2. Private companies will run SuperFast / express trains just like mobile telephony services are being provided by aiirtel , vodaphone ... Government will run freight and demu/memu....

These companies will have profit as main motive so I expect fare to become high . Today's premium fares will become normal fare in next 10 years.
