22911 Indore Howrah Shipra Superfast Express with HWH WAP 4 #22321 at MPS raising Duststorm at Saktigarh in the HB Chord Section of ER.
This has RSA with Indore Patna Express which got WAP 5 !! Coaches are almost dead now. Worst ever Coaches !! Few SL Coaches were of 91 made and even the color has faded badly !!

you may like to see avantika express which is well maintained trains. And WR is much bigger zone then WCR so the comparison is not fair IMO.
There are many WR trains like Paschim, gujrat mail , BRC express which are well maintened
