We Have already said the trains in between BCT-NDLS Route are good but other then that are not so nice....Another Example is KOAA ADI Exp that train has a dancer's Rake whenever it touches MPS the Coaches dance and specially the SLR !!

You missed the most important difference bro !! Trains like Avantika exp , Paschim , Gujarat mail belongs to WR zone & are maintained mainly at WR home zone only i.e ., at BCT / BDT yard rather than other other places of WR like Indore. But this particular train Shipra is a also WR train & goes to ER zone of Hwh. So maintainence work has to be done at Indore only which is not upto the mark. Zones may be same for many stations but level of maintenance vary from place to place.

culprit for shipra's poor maintenance is its RSA with PNBE express. Give it dedicated rake and see the differences.
BTW INDB-Pune has good rake and it is maintened at indore.
Its the RSA which causes bad shape of rake. One more example for this is HBJ INDB intercity it used to have very neat clean rake . Now thanks to its RSA with HBJ Dahod passanger it is not so great.Another train which is suffering becasuse of RSA is indrayani exp which has RSA with Pune Sur intercity

A colleague of mine in my former company told me that he has seen stoppage addition of this train over the years and hence it's deterioration. He had told me that stoppages like Parasnath, Dehri-On-Sone, Bhabua Road, Chunar, Vindyachal, Shankargarh and Maihar were not required to slow down the train :-(

This is the actual condition of our IR. You see , it really pains to see the schedule of some of these trains with numerous stoppages . Though i think in case of Shipra it's still ok because it travels via grand cord route but think about trains running via routes like CIC . Trains like 11447/8 are pathetic sufferer with several useless halts & speed restrictions which make a trains much slower.
