22911 Indore Howrah Shipra Superfast Express with HWH WAP 4 #22321 at MPS raising Duststorm at Saktigarh in the HB Chord Section of ER.
This has RSA with Indore Patna Express which got WAP 5 !! Coaches are almost dead now. Worst ever Coaches !! Few SL Coaches were of 91 made and even the color has faded badly !!

You missed the most important difference bro !! Trains like Avantika exp , Paschim , Gujarat mail belongs to WR zone & are maintained mainly at WR home zone only i.e ., at BCT / BDT yard rather than other other places of WR like Indore. But this particular train Shipra is a also WR train & goes to ER zone of Hwh. So maintainence work has to be done at Indore only which is not upto the mark. Zones may be same for many stations but level of maintenance vary from place to place.
