trying to obstruct on duty staff from carrying out its duties is illegal in many cases.
And even otherwise, its disgusting and terrible that people are opposing cleaning staff from carrying their duties :(
no wonder railway staff neglect such trains; such incidents only give them a legit reason to do so.
