In day time, Daily travellers will sit on my seat, as told by few other members.
So is there no other option for me??
i have to travel in this train at risk?

I think you should make some adjustment and try in Howrah Jodhpur Express, Late night departure from Howrah,
Took train upto Agra Fort, from Agra take bus and reach Hathras.
