I want to go from Ajmer to delhi. But Ajmer to Delhi i am getting Waiting list but if i book in same train from Ajmer to Agra i am getting confirmed ticket. Can i book from Ajmer to Agra and get down in delhi. Will it be a problem ?

You can get down at any prior station from your actual destination according to your booking.
First of all no direct train from ajmer to agra via delhi
And suppose you booked ticket from a to e you can deboard the train at stn b,c,d but not f
