The design and the estimate have to be revised for the Elevated Track with both side pillars which may be replaced the existing Electrified steel posts for the Ground level Track and effectively utilized the vertical spaces.At stations the underground foot bridges have to be provided for the ground level tracks.Then the tender responses may be good.
