Earlier it was Mangala. Upon extension, it became Mangala Lakshadweep.
So, restore Mangala Express back to Mangalore Central and ask for a new train Lakshadweep Exp from ERS or TVC or wherever you like.

A clone of Kerala express(with less stops especially inside Kerala) can reduce the load of Kerala.
Extending Mangala will only increase the burden of Mangala.

Run this train as 2 trains. One from Mangalore to Delhi and another from Kerala to Delhi. Mangalore gets back its lost connection and this will take care of load from Mangalore to Delhi crowd in present Mangala Lakshadweep exp.
Let 'Mangala' run from Mangalore and let 'Lakshadweep' run from Kerala.
