Would request ECoR to create online system for taking feedback/suggestions apart from direct interaction with passengers. My suggestion to ECoR is to introduce new daily over night superfast express train between Visakhapatnam-Bangalore via BZA/GDR/KPD on priority. I think. it'll be convenient for many passengers if it runs just before/after Yeswantpur-Howrah-Yeswantpur SF Express timings.
