Can someone travel in Premium trains even if he doesn't hv booked ticket. Actually my friend has confirmed ticket of sleeper class but I don't. Can I travel along with him if I buy counter ticket? I'm not sure if someone can get waiting ticket from counter of Premium trains or not?

There is no waitlist ticket in premium trains. But if seats available in Current booking, you can get it premium rate.
