if you see TT of basava from mys, you can gauge the speed at the moment. it starts by 1330 but at 1800, it is at yelahanka only. too much slack for mys-sbc sector. still 50% of the days, it arrives at sbc late. this is not due to route congestion, but pf congestion, which will continue even after doubling of mysore line. so do not expect too much reductions in timings.
