Sir Actually in my opinion Both are Different Word if we captured Station Pics it is called " Station Pics "

and if we are Capturing Station With Board Name then it is called "Station Board"

and if we are Capturing Station With Board Name then it is called "Station Board"
What i said is official version, And SP is to discourage Platform Board update as Station Picture and to encourage better n detailed picture of station.
Yes. Station picture gives the overall view of the station rather than just a sign board.
