Maine to pehle hi blog me likha tha ki Alarm Chain ko remove kiya jaye. isse na sirf passengers ko fayda hoga balki Railway ko bhi bahut fayda hoga.... accidents roke ja sakte hai... Train Punctuality ko bhi maitain kiya ja sakta hai... aur to aur Railway ko caroro ka fayda bhi hoga. Jo log ticket nahi purchase karte wo bhi ticket kharidenge. unauthorised traveling ko kam kiya ja sakta hai.
But I suggest to Railways that instead of Drivers No. there should be no of TTE and Guard.

I agree with your suggestion that TTEs and Guards should remain in contact with each other, passengers and the loco pilots so that any mishap is avoided in absence of chain alarms... #IRIimpact :-)

Good Move, but at the same time for emergency the driver and gaurd contact numbers or helpline numbers should be exhibited properly in all coaches.

sir you cannot always rely on telephone contact because sometimes the numbers may not be reached. Also there could be a case where pax may frivolously call and disturb them. Best would be to give one chain per coach which can be activated by a key which should be made available only with TTEs and or coach attendants.
