Indian Railways has changed the timing for the booking of Tatkal tickets. It has also decided to refund upto 50 percent on cancellation for the same....

I have noticed that in many stations when the previous tatkal timings were in place [10am-11am], normal tickets were not booked.There were clear notices written that 10am-11am is for Tatkal bookings and so normal reservations were not done .So how will the new set up work.
Will they stop doing normal reservations (irrespective of class ) between 10am-12pm?
Or will it be the following way;
