First 60 % may be allowed to book base fares + tatkal charges,Then for the next 20 % 1.5 times base fares + tatkal charges and the last 20 % 2 times base fares + tatkal charges.Drop the extreme over charges of the 2.5 times and 3 times of the base fares + tatkal charges.
