Hie... I had a confirmed train booking in 13201 ..travel date 3rd July 2015. I had lost my original PRS ticket and had got a duplicate reissued.
Now, when I reached the station, it turns out that the train was cancelled!! When I went to get a refund, they outrightly said that since it was a duplicate ticket, they cannot entertain queries for refund!!
Any member kind enough to let me know what can be done now??

go to station master, they will have to give full refund to you
In simple terms, even the station master told me to get lost!!
AFAIK, refund of any type is not possible with a duplicate ticket however justified the claim may be.
