Can we sue railways for Missing a train from a station B if the connecting train from A to B gets delayed ??? Yesterday I've been through hell travelling in jampacked general coaches from JHS to SPJ in which i was literally even unable to breathe and also changed four trains to reach home.. I missed my train 11124 Gwalior mail in which i had reservation in 2nd AC because of late running of Thirukkural express and guess what i wasn't only person who missed that train about 200-300 passengers missed the same train and they too had no other options left...
So my question is:-
1)
...
IT is obvious that 50-60 % passengers are bhopal bound passengers (from gwl only local passengers board the train) so why railways makes it run upto bpl in place of gwl
2)if railways cant divert it upto bpl then why dont they send a slip portion of the train upto bpl.

Why didnt you take a roadways bus from Bhopal to Gwalior? For travelling Bhopal to Gwalior how can u trust a train which is coming from the southern tip of the country especially when it is known fact that ET RRI fire has thrown the traffic in this route complete out of gear...& about extension/slip portion of Barauni Gwalior Mail,I think it is one if the very few trains that originate from Gwalior(the other being Chambal Exp,only 2 days a week). So let it run as it is. Gwalior doesnt have the capacity to terminate more trains & if stations like Burdwan/Asansol can originate 15-20 trains a day, what's wrong if Gwalior originates only 1? Why to snatch that one too?
