Yes. The reason is only because of the heavy traffic due to the Godavari Puskaralu. Up till BzA it is almost on time and by the time it reaches RJY it is higly delayed and from thereon till HWH delayed.
This results in Coromandel getting delayed from howrah. I guess it will only normalise once this even gets over.

There is diff between Heavy traffic and Huge Crowd, For crowd management by RPF trains not getting clearence.
As per info from every train min 1000 passengers are boarding and de boarding down from all the important and known trains like coromandel,hwh mail,prasanti,vishaka,godavari and need not explain about Intecity train i guess.
Till the passengers de boarded the train moves out of pf they are not allowing other train to enter the same pf in all the three stations like RJY,Godavari and Kovur.

It means probably all trains sleeper class would resemble a general compartment. I dont think at thiis time railways would look to check and move out extra passengers from sl coaches
