Now thats a great news. Indian govt should clear up all kind of formalities for this trials. If the trials become successful, then it would be a great boost for our railways network.
if talgo comes under IR then it will have to pass CRS test..
if talgo creates separate entity then only it will bypass crs.

Whether it is different entity or under IR.... any train/loco/trainset/vehicle if it has to use IR tracks ...CRS permission is a precondition.....
