Minimum Quota have to be sanctioned for the PATEL communuity.Since they need some protection for their community at-least that minimum quota people can get priority in education and job.Quota is a protection to their community.My self is a BC ,but i never utilize that since i have been selected in the Open Competition With my performance in education and job.But quota is necessary like KARNAN NATURAL PROTECTION.
