Amongst the top 71 cities in the world Delhi & Mumbai features as the ones with lowest income group & inhabitants with the least social security.i.e. per capita income in Delhi & Mumbai are the least..Other Indian cities doesnt even feature in the list. This is the situation after 1.5 yrs of good governance
