yes i had read abt tha Vikramshila Delay in NCR .. bt never read abt this HWH JU 's delay.. it has been perenially running late for 1-2 yrs now...

being a frequent traveller btnw JP & HWH.. it used to run TDL OT.. bt after ETW delay begins.. & who can forget unknown delay btwn panki govindpuri CNB sec... reached CNB min. 1-2 late.. ALD 2-3 .,, MGS after evening with 3-4 hrs late... makes up in SSM GAYA DHN HWH & reahces HWH 3 hrs.. this has been the cycle...
