6th one is absoulte no, WAG7 is the largest fleet of locos present on IR network, and if we were to switch of all WAG-7's on one day, could result in a situation like transport strike currently going on :p , and WAG-7 WAG-5 fleet in total outnumbers the WAG-9/H/Hi/i fleet by a large margin, it would require more than 10 years for half of them to phase out and WAG9 to take charge of IR's frieght deptt.
7th BRC is mostly a passenger locomotive shed and would continue to be in future, although it has some WAG5 variants, major of WR's fright class fleet is with BL. WAG9 looks like a move to train BRC for upcoming WAP-7 fleet in their...
