according to me ER should have taken some step for below mentioned issue atleast 3-4 years back :
1. upgradation of HWH-Pradhankhunta section to 160kmph
2. loop line around JSME for avoiding rake reversal for Dumka/DGHR
3. loop line at UDL for avoiding rake reversal for ASN
