brother when chennai bound coromandel is brought on pf at HWH,its very well cleaned. There is OBHS who again sweeps at KGP, i have personally seen twice while travelling from HWH to BLS. This train becomes dirty when it starts as mail from the MAS.
Same i saw in a.c coach when i travelled from BZA to BLS.

Mail/Coromandal been SER gets primary maintenance @ HWH & on the way maintenance avail in train through running staff/Junction cleaning staffs!!
The issue seems...the Rake dont visit washing line @ MAS, which would be the defining factor about its cleanliness...for that i mentioned earlier as attitude..as schedule wouldnt been allotted for thorough cleaning but just mayb broom work..
Traveler @ MAS may define as if it gets Washline visit or no!!

Less TAT or high TAT doesnt imply rake washline entry @ secondary depot..but if its scheduled!!
Sadbhawna dont go washline @ RXL while it do @ SLN...SLN-LTT SF get washline treatment, even if it delays its DEP after late ARR @ SLN...while its RSA LTT-AMH dont witness washline @ AMH..cz its nt scheduled (definitely manpower too dont get deployed for the same)!!
