none of projects announced in budget 2014 even have started... Government works have to follow certain procedures and even PM cant skip it... sad but reality.. I dont know how much he will be able to change "sarkari machinery"..
i think it is a very good initiative. seeking parallel approvals should definitely cut down on the project conception to approval TAT. Giving more powers to Zonal Heads is also welcome.
