How does Crew members of Passenger & goods trains gets their duties? Is it according to destination or according to distance & time. How much time they have to work in 24 hours? After completing their prescribed duties does Railway provide them food & rest room?

The overworked LP dnt continuously work on that train/schedule bt get in between less stressed schedule..thats where monthly duty chart comes in play!!
For any extra hour of work, Crew get heavy compensations!! So Crew members also are willing to wrk extra hrs across month!!
PS: The Freight whch remained blocked in between section like ALD-MGS get the same crew for sme 10 hrs stretch even!!
