What is the punctuality of Poorva Express?
Can i expect less then 3 hours delay of 12382 at Mughalsarai/Gaya?

In the upcoming winters where Northern Rly has decided not to run trains of the stature like Frontier Mail,Imperial Mail,Kalka Mail,Jodhpur Mail,Amritsar Mail no more than 5 days a week how can u even except punctuality of existing trains? Officials have accepted the fact that this winter fog will create havoc like never before.
I am talking about initial days of March month.

But what will be in March, I have seen in recent blogs that Poorva will be upgraded to 130 MPS?
12382 is more punctual than 12304.It should not be more than 1-2 hr late..because it does not crosses Bermuda triangle.
