Why it is showing SS??????will it be a problem during journey... i paid the full fare......

No problem.....go ahead with the journey .when the prs gets a single lady passenger of age 45 and above it automatically allots seat under lower Berth quota denoted by SS.
I have used this and ladies quota which is denoted LD to get confirm seats for my mother many a times.

Well then we have a different understanding of this process. If somebody else has official documentation to clarify whether LB Quota is a 'pool' from which all 3 groups get allocation or they have separate allocations each, it would be appreciated.
Here is what I found after some digging in more than 1 location -

After canceling LB seat system not show them as vacant seat on enquiry but it allocate by system after payment done at Irctc or PRS counter
Good one Sir. From 13/5/2015, they have increased to 4 berths/SL coaches which was 2 earlier.
One more new implementation is that from 1/1/2016, Two eligible passengers can book together in a same PNR to avail the same quota. At present , it is allotted to passenger who is travelling alone (>45 female,>60 male and Pregnant lady)
