It is unfair to blame him for those mishaps. Maintaining P-way and supporting infrastructure is the responsibility of signalling and civil engineering staff, not RM.
you don't blame PM for a robbery in your locality, or call up the CMD of state's discom for power cut, in the same manner he can't be hold responsible for this.
