As NR maintains many LHB rakes....so 1 rake is not a big task
I guess like TVC raj this may have RSA with SC raj or some AC Express

i guess with 2 rakes a bi weekly raj and weekly raj or weekly exp can be planned.
i dont think 2 dedicated rakes will be given for a bi weekly.
