MP fund MP ke haath mai hota hai, uske discretion pe. Usse PC (planning commision, now defunct) ne sanction hi isliye kiya tha taaki joh areas ko government/government organizations ne nazarandaaz kiya ho unhe development se vanchit na rehna pade lack of funds ke wajah se.
But yeh log self promotion mai jyaada interest lete hai, public interests mai nahi. Barring few, almost har jagah yahi dikhega aapko.
