If it is introduced as weekly and given the Hatia-YPR slot then the only issue will be very less chance of frequency increase at later point of time.
As it is passengers have already started frequency increase demand for other trains which are already running in this time.

If it is mentioned as Vellore instead of Katpadi means it will terminate at Vellore Cantonment (VLR) instead of Katpadi (KPD) else it will run upto Villupuram (VM) or Tiruchchirappalli (TPJ)
It will got to Ernakulam is what the article says so not very sure why Vellore is mentioned. I think they would have implied Katpadi
