Service tax and service charges are different...Former is applicable for only AC classes whether PRS or online & later is for all reserved classes booked online and it goes in to kitty of IRCTC not Railways.
Bank Payment Gateway & IRCTC Service charges make the difference....Don't confuse between Service Tax & Service charges.
Agree !! I am not mixing the two.. Here the difference could be because of service charge
Right Service charge + Payment gateway charges make the difference.
